Can no worker get pleasure from facets of their work despite capitalism?

Can no woman take delight in sex despite patriarchy? In the event that response is they can, then just why is it so difficult to think that we now have intercourse employees whom choose and/or take delight in their work despite capitalism and patriarchy, perhaps not due to them?
